Offered as a separate membership from the The Body Shop Health Club, Body Shop Built provides unlimited access to all group fitness classes as well as 24 hour access to The Body Shop Health Club. From beginner to advanced, you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for any level of fitness. Non members can drop in for $10.

A mix of strength training and arobic elements known as interval training in a group setting. Expect bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity. The goal of our boot camp is to provide you with a whole-body workout that builds both strength and endurance.


Spin is a highly effective way to build cardiovascular strength and endurance. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, Spin offers a challenging 60-minute ride with fun energizing music. It's the perfect opportunity to get your heart pumping while you burn some serious calories. 


Yoga is a mind and body practice. Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. It involves movement, meditation, and breathing techniques to promote mental and physical well-being. 


Body Rock concentrates on what is known as, “Functional Fitness”. This popular High Intensive Interval Training class combines strength, cardio and mobility exercises in a group setting. No two workouts are ever the same with Body Rock which is one of the reasons for its popularity.  Body Rock 30 is a shorter version of the standard workout.  


Zumba is a popular fitness program that combines Latin and International music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rythms - to help improve cardiovascular fitness.  


This 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training workout utilizes the indoor spin bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style oftraining where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. 


Cardio Combat is an alternative cardio exercise class that teaches you how to kick, jab and clinch in a non-contact environment. It's a fast paced class that keeps your heart racing and really makes you sweat. 


Wake up to the SUN. Energize your body, mind and spirit in this punctual one hour practice that energizes your day and harmonizes your life. 


Learn the foundations of barbell training and how to incorporate the movements into your training program. Each class focuses on teaching proper mechanics and execution of one barbell movement along with accessory exercises designed to create a well rounded training program.
